"The windows in Vermeer's studio"

Windows

The windows in Vermeer's studio were very distinctive, with different patterns on the larger top windows. I used the book "Vermeer's Camera" as the source for the patterns on my windows. The pattern on the bottom windows was called "Circles & Squares." I scanned the patterns into Photoshop, sized them and printed them on transparencies.

George Burgess built the roombox, taking special care with the wall of the studio containing the three windows. The smaller bottom windows open into the studio.
